The website HOKI SUSHI is operated by NEWLAND (HOKI SUSHI). This privacy policy informs you of the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.
1. Data collected
We collect the following data when you place an order, create an account, or opt in to receive offers: name, first name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history.
2. Processing purposes
Your data is processed to: fulfill your orders, contact you about your orders, send you commercial offers if you have expressly consented, and improve our service.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your explicit consent for commercial offers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Order data is kept for 3 years from the last order. Marketing consent data is kept until withdrawal, then deleted within 30 days.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by our technical service provider OKO (company BAD PARTNERS), under a sub-processor agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR. Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
